How You Will Be Graded
|
Grading Criteria
Please understand that, even though it's a pretty easy job, being a student aide for me does not mean an automatic "A." It is possible to fail this course. You will be given an overall grade for your work during the week. Your grade will be based on a number of factors:

Your Other Services and Duties

Other Services or Duties
If you do not have anything to grade or do, I may send you down to the Europe or Asia office to perform helpful services for other teachers or the administrative staff. Those services may include the following: Cleaning Kitchen Items and Appliances
Working in the Back Rooms
When you are done, you will go to the office manager and ask them to review your work. Please ask politely for a small note indicating whether or not they have found your work acceptable. NOTE: Please let me know immediately, early in the year, if you have a physical disability or allergy or other documented medical condition that would prevent you from performing the physical tasks of carrying items, bending or lifting, or working with common household cleaners including those with ammonia and bleach such as Windex or Comet. I will ask Mr. Beskow to find another placement for you. |
